Yaeko Hashimoto, established MYNA LIGHTING DESIGN within MYNA, is a lighting designer with more than 18 years of experience. After She received a Master Degree in Architecture and Civil Engineering in 2000, Yaeko joined Lighting Planners Associates in Tokyo, and then relocated to the Singapore office in 2007. During her career as a senior associate designer in Lighting Planners Associates, she has worked a number of projects locally in Singapore as well as in China and Indonesia. Notable projects include, National Gallery Singapore, Mediacorp Campas, Parkroyal on Pickering, Nanjing Yurun International Plaza ESPA at Resort World Sentosa and many more projects. After she joined MYNA as a director in 2015, the company expanded its involvement in various type of projects from hospitality to urban complex development from Singapore & SEA to East-Africa and Japan as well. Yaeko is an Associate member of International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD).

Ryo Otsuka , the founder of MYNA Design & Craft, is a graduate of the Tama Art University in Tokyo, and studied architecture and design. And he earned master's degree from Shibaura Institute of Technology, Tokyo in 2000. He was disciplined by Mr. Shigeru Ban at TAU and learned from Mr. Shin Egashira when he joined AA school summer workshop in Nigata,1995. While student, he worked part - time as an assistant for Mr.Riken Yamamoto and other several varied architect firm as well as URDI, city planning office in Tokyo.
After worked as an architect at Tokyu construction company, he pursued his studied for public sector at SR&DI as a researcher in city and land-use planning, involved in regional community, economy and environmental research projects for MLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan) as well as international project in Shanghai, Seoul and Taipei with PRILIT(Policy Research Institute for Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan). He moved in Singapore in 2007. He worked for Bedmar & Shi, an architectural design office, specializing in residential design on international projects in Thailand and Malaysia.

Kei Ikegami has studied interior design at the Musashino Art University,Tokyo. While student, he was disciplined by Mr. Takashi Sugimoto, the founder of ' SUPER POTATO’ at the university. After decade of engagement at TANSEI SHA as an interior desinger, he joined SUPER POTATO. He worked for verious hospitality projects, such as hotel & Casino in USA, speciality restaurants in Japan and resort & spa in Singapore and other Asian countries. After all projects in China completed, he decided to begin his independent design office in Tokyo, and he joined to MYNA as a partner interior designer in 2015.
